Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup Buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Lettuce, sliced tomatoes or pickles for topping
Chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Season chicken with brown sugar, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper
Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear chicken on both sides until golden
Add Buffalo sauce, bring to a simmer, then transfer skillet to oven
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature
Shred chicken using two forks and mix with remaining sauce
Return shredded chicken to oven on BROIL for 3–5 minutes to caramelize
Slice slider buns in half and toast lightly
Assemble sliders with chicken, dressing, toppings, and garnish
Serve warm and enjoy
