Ingredients
3 cups frozen peach slices
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 to 4 tablespoons water (as needed for blending)
Instructions
Add frozen peach slices, sugar, lemon or lime juice, and salt to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water a tablespoon at a time only if needed for consistency.
Taste and adjust flavor by adding more sugar or juice as desired.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until firm.
Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping and serving.
Notes
You can use fresh peaches instead of frozen—just peel, slice, and freeze them first.
For extra smooth sorbet, strain the blended mixture before freezing.
Add a splash of vodka or schnapps to prevent iciness if storing long-term.
Adjust sugar based on peach sweetness.
