A flavorful shrimp crab boil packed with Cajun seasoning, juicy shrimp, crab legs, corn, potatoes, and sausage, all cooked in a spiced broth and served with garlic butter sauce. Perfect for family gatherings and seafood lovers!

Ingredients

Scale

2 lbs shrimp (peeled or unpeeled)
2 lbs crab legs (snow crab or king crab)
1 lb andouille sausage (sliced)
1.5 lbs baby red potatoes (halved)
4 ears corn on the cob (cut into halves)
1 large onion (quartered)
6 cloves garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 bay leaves
2 lemons (quartered)
8 cups water
1 cup butter (for garlic butter sauce)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add seasonings, garlic, onions, and bay leaves. Cook potatoes and sausage first for 10 minutes, then add corn and cook for 5 minutes. Add crab legs and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, add shrimp and cook until pink (about 2-3 minutes). Drain and serve with garlic butter sauce.

Notes

For extra spice, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Serve with cornbread or coleslaw for a complete meal. Leftovers can be used in seafood pasta or gumbo.
