2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
1 clove garlic

1/2 cup heavy cream or ricotta
1–2 tsp lemon juice
1/2–2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
