Description

Ingredients
3 cups cooked rotini pasta
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 ½ cups diced grilled chicken breast
½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese
1 cup crunchy croutons
½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Add cooked pasta, chopped romaine, diced chicken, and shaved Parmesan into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and gently toss until well combined.
Fold in croutons just before serving to maintain crunch.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately.
